PROCESSING TIME: 

For made-to-order items, please allow the production time listed per design for your item(s) to be shipped.

For any custom sizes, please allow 2-4 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped.

SHIPPING:

FRANCE: All DOSE pieces shipping domestically will be shipped with a tracking number. Shipping takes 1-4 business days depending on the region.  

INTERNATIONAL: All DOSE pieces shipping internationally will be shipped with a tracking number. Shipping takes 7-21 business days depending on the country. 

DOSE is not responsible for COD/custom charges so please take this into consideration when ordering. Please email doseofdiallo@gmail.com with your order # if you have any issues with shipping.

REFUND POLICY:

As DOSE is a sustainable brand, all pieces are designed and handmade by Fatimah Diallo. All items either have a very limited stock or are one of one. Therefore items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless an error was made on DOSE’s end. In that case, DOSE will take full responsibility of items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed UNLESS an incorrect address was provided and changed BEFORE a shipping label is created.

Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with an order.

If your item arrives faulty/damaged, or you received the wrong item, please report this immediately upon receiving the item, providing photo evidence to doseofdiallo@gmail.com so the issue can be fixed immediately. All items are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping.
